Shipping Terms

This document outlines all the details and conditions regarding the orders and shipping of all products from this online store, including pricing, shipping options, and current regulations. Terms and conditions are applied to PISTACHO SHOP, owned by Adela Maria Flore Flore with the following ID number: 09836978Q, and to the buyer whom acquire any product through www.pistacho-shop.com. PISTACHO SHOP reserves the right to modify and update the conditions at any moment.
Orders
All orders imply acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. Product orders are contingent upon availability. In the event that the ordered product is not currently in stock, PISTACHO SHOP will promptly notify the buyer. To initiate an order, the buyer must utilize the online purchase method. PISTACHO SHOP will send to the buyer an email confirming the receipt of the order.
PISTACHO SHOP retains the right to cancel any order if anomalies are detected in the order placement process or if the information provided by the buyer is incomplete or inaccurate.
Shipping
We offer global shipping services.
Typically, orders within Spain are dispatched through Correos and DHL and international orders are shipped via DHL. Please be aware that a signature is mandatory upon package delivery. Ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment on your behalf. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Please note that all in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. In case posters are out of stock please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.
Additionally, please note that our rug stock is very limited, and most rugs are made to order. This means that your order may take 30-40 days to arrive. Thank you for your understanding!
Please keep in mind that we are a small business that handles all aspects of our business manually.
Shipping Prices
The shipping cost is determined by the delivery location and the weight of the order. This will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. The system assesses shipping costs based on the volume, weight, and destination of the purchased products.
Please note that VAT and customs duties may apply and will be determined by the destination country.
Missing lost or stolen packages
Sometimes, packages get lost, stolen, or misplaced during shipping. Due to logistics companies, these packages may never reach their destinations. Pistachio Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not offer refunds or replacements for those items.
Damaged items
Please check the order immediately after receiving it to check that it is in perfect condition. If you receive an order in poor condition, damaged, or a wrong order, immediately contact us via email shop@pistachostudio.com explaining the damage and attaching 3 to 5 photos of the package.
Returns and refunds
If a buyer wishes to return, exchange or request a refund of any product purchased on PISTACHO SHOP, they have to contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and the package must be shipped within an additional 14 days. Sender is responsible for covering all shipping costs, duties, and taxes. It is important to note that if a buyer needs to exchange or return any product, they must first contact PISTACHO SHOP through the email shop@pistachostudio.com. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Upon receiving and examining your return, we will inform you of the approval or disapproval of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction may vary.
